As we all have seen, ECL suddenly jumped to 31.5 from 21.5, within two days.
Some of the guys here saying that it will hit 100 soon (good if it does!).
There should be some reason for this sudden demand. I asked my broker and he didn't know.
So guys, if you know any infor, please share with us.

Question - Its just 10% stake he has purchased. Can it make it the share jump from 21.5 to 31.5?

Some time back when SAMP was around 260, there were several crossings happened at share price of 300. But it took long time to SAMP share to come close to 300.

can there be another reason for this sudden jump?

Scarcity??

I agree that the ECL situation is a joke. but you are wrong about sampath. Basically what happened was that Dhammika decided to move his sampath shares from one account to another and that transfer was done 300rs. I wasn't a sale between two parties, so no auctioning was involved.

so from whom it leaked, from B.O.D, or From K.M.P or From Secretaries or From any other sources, because all involve in the high level of the companies are generally required to keep the information without leaking.
