I have been watching the rates on Commercial Bank's website, wondering when the lower interest rates would affect retail customers; this change must have happened just today.

Commercial Bank's 6-month FD interest rate has been reduced from 14% to 13% p.a.

In January 2013, the 6-month FD interest rate offered by Commercial Bank was 13% p.a.
Currently, it is 5.25% p.a.

The highest APR is 6.4%.
