thats what they want to create here. if they want they can sale small amount of stocks to new investor at 111.

I can say that bcz way of stocks picking(from three holders, if that director wants then he can add 93 K that deal also).

some sellers like to drag stocks at 70 level thats why they do this type confusion

next question ?
why she not sale stocks at 73-75 level at first day. next day selling. and try to create small panic. clever game.

Be positive. new investor has sign agreement at 111, I am sure new investor doesnt like to keep stock price 70 level. top 20 holding 98.5%, others hold 1.5%, aprox 4.8 Millions stocks.

any other ideas please.....

If your buy back plan sticks to the same share (COCR), it speculates that you wait for a substantial drop in the share price. Is it correct?

Yes, my target price is lower to re-enter . I may be correct ,may be wrong also. But I feel this as a correct decision

HAHA Gainer... The deal is confirmed at price 111.00 a share at least to the general public

Now at 30% if there is a mandatory offer the company will have to buy at 111.00 because that is the price in their annoucemnent...

To avoid this, COCR price will take to a very high price above 111.00 This is the truth.

Some broker firms already know this and buy at current price...

A mandatory offed is not confirmed.
They have mentioned that there is a possibility like that in future if all gone correctly and that memo was for Thai investors to show their plans.
Before that, there will be many ups and downs here in Colombo SE.

can i give example.

have you remember BFL director selling before finical report and then price drop but after financial report we able to sold at high price.

this is acting "director selling" to confuse retailers

29.99% buying by big investor at the same time some directors are panic and sale stocks at 57% discounted price.

think and invest. you didnt find clean straight way. some time you will find this type of confusing things
