Sri Lanka is one of the most undervalued markets in the world. You will see a proper adjustment rise after the election with either a UNF or SLPP stable government in place, with the executive and the legislator powers in the same party.

Market may be dull now but holding, because of solid collections.

Check comparative PE ratios with other countries and look at it objectively. Investments for Port Cityw will commence next year, they expect around $10Bn in total to come in for that. The road, railway projects have started. Do a walk around GalleFace beire lake area, the funds coming in for hotels, condominiums and shopping centres. Dehiwala/kolpetty beach stretch do be devepoled as a tourist beach. On top of all gas deposits have been already discovered off mannar and will be extracted within the next 5 years..

Central Bank odering Banks to reduce lending rates by 200 basis points will also be a boost. Banks have already reduced their deposit rates by 200 basis points.

If some one wants to get at least 50000 shares of Rexp with constant dividend patterns last two years then this will shoot 280 or even more 300 as low quantity in this share.
