Nowadays market turnover is below 1 billion. Peoples' Leasing IPO is 7BN. Then you can guess what would happen. It is better to buy in the open market. The price will certainly crash and you can bargain hunt it below 14. There will be huge selling pressure for this.

Company might be the COCA cola and it should still fail as a IPO in CSE with this huge amount of shares hitting the market at current market condition!
