the unused land take over will not produce big effect on plantation companies.
Most of the usable lands have been cultivated.as i found Mostly barren lands are remaining uncultivated in good regional plantations.
if you have first hand knowledge please share.

My father has a 60 perches land in kalagedihena, very very good for cultivation. Can I sell it to a plantation company? If you know something about this please inform me.

hi robotic,
i am talking about the effect of recent budget proposal for takeover of unused leased lands from the regional plantation companies such as kota,kgal etc.
there will be no effect from this on profitability of the regional plantation companies.
