I'm soooo happy that now people have realized the stupidity of IPOs without breaks.
Asia Asset Finance is really struggling to get it fully subscribed. The offer was open a week ago and still it is not even 60% subscribed I hope so.

Now the companies should give us a break............please................No more IPOs for sometime.

PLC IPO has done enough damage to our market.

People hasn't realized anything. The cause of the failure must be that not getting support from the big players (manipulators and brokers).
Who knows when this comes to market it might be a hot stock.

If we don't add up more companies to this microscopic market compared other stock markets, in the mid term or long term the market will over-saturate and go crazy (more crazier than this).

Don;t this group own a broker company? Think in the future people will look for more things ( other than value, number of shares, was there a PP , future growth etc) than before in an IPO. To start with who is the management. Have they a past track record of being capable to "raise their shares" ;-) in the market"?

But who know due to low value and not exorbitant share amounts this might make a move when it hits. Only time will tell. But to me unless I see a IPo which is too good to pass, I would rather stay away in the urrent context and putting money to it.

Well Slstock i applied for IPO of this company because of only one reason, as per the prospects they not intended the IPO money to retire there debt, so under retailer category i applied, with the intention of disposing it with 10% return on the 1st day ( around 2.80 to give the discount for taxes ) but when the announcement on the 2nd day i thought even giving a stop payment, since its not oversubscribed, later change the mind, and when i saw the price of 3.40 which was well above my required rate of return i happily disposed it, i also hope if the person who bought from me acted wisely i hope he also got more than he expected.

That is nice.

We should be happy when our buyer also gets a return. Apart from the good gesture, it is good for the system.
When more people earn, the economy (market) becomes healthy and confidence grows.
With the money in hand all will participate in the process.

They will do the same to PC Pharma as well. And they will be the winners end of the day too.

CSE has become a place for the rich to get richer. Quoting a private Company has become a seperate business nowadays. all you have to have is

- Inflated / Juggled accounts to show a massive revenue and EPS
- Then an Audit firm to confirm the juggled accounts are correct
- Then need someone like Navara Capital who can list and buy all craps like IDL
- I dont know what CSEs role
- Then there will be a news articles that they are eyeing manufacturing
- Few more High Net W(ork) Individuals and brokers who can push the share up
- Then bunch of fools like us to buy high and sell low

I cant understand the controlling bodies, and audit firm who are supposed to act in the best interest of the public, keeping a blind eye.

Keep a note that PCH IPO money 629Mn is not yet invested in to the BPO, I didnt see any Investment outflows equal to the above in cashflow statement so far. which means they have used it for something else
