Lets compare the prices of Non voting shares and voting shares in CSE.

Basically both types of shares are entitled for same amount of dividend.(according to my memory that's the case in CSE).
If company winds up may be i think voting shares get the priority over non voting shares.

Other than that i cannot think any more differences.

But, since Non voting shares come cheaper than voting shares we can expect higher Dividend Yield. And it would have better P/E and Pbv values.

What are the Non-Voting shares which are trading very low when compared with their respective voting shares? (Ideally it should 2/3 price of the voting shares i believe.)

TFC .N 30

these are few, TFC seems discounted when compared with its voting share
