Basically both types of shares are entitled for same amount of dividend.(according to my memory that's the case in CSE).
If company winds up may be i think voting shares get the priority over non voting shares.
Other than that i cannot think any more differences.
But, since Non voting shares come cheaper than voting shares we can expect higher Dividend Yield. And it would have better P/E and Pbv values.
What are the Non-Voting shares which are trading very low when compared with their respective voting shares? (Ideally it should 2/3 price of the voting shares i believe.)
