This is the fellow who imported Grease illegally. Chemanex got caught to Customs and fined 18 million on 26th February 2006. Shareholders are still unaware of this, as this was hidden from them. It’s high time that the share holders seriously look at this.

Gamaya you are % correct.
Can someone give his accedemic qulifications as the description shows that this chap holds a university degree. If so which university?
Do the shareholders know that this chap is the one who used to mislead the Customs Department and imported goods illegally. He got caught to Customs by importing Grease and paid a massive penalty of 18 million rupees belong to shareholders, on 26th Feb. 2006 and still shareholders do not know about this.
He got caught importing Break Oil sometime back and paid a penelty too. He has exported Carboxy Methyl Starch saying Carboxy Methyl Cellulose and has ruined Sri Lanka name in Pakistan. It is not a surprise that he is a Co-M.D.where the other partner is the chairman of The Finace Company which got involved in infamous deal with N.S.B. which is the fraud of the year.
God bless Chemanex and Sri Lanka.

I cant imagine Mr Ranaweera mentioning all these frauds of this new Jnt MD, being a shareholder my self, I should rethink on my shares and how this cunt would perform his duties at this very old company. These should be publicized in a vibrant manner through the print media, or the mass shareholders would be suffering without any information of chemanex.
Further
The other partner too was involved in a fraud case in Zambia copper mines well known fact, though he boasts as managed a project portfolio worth of $ 2 Billion. Read the article below on how Zambian copper mines contributed to the disastrous situation for the Zambian economy,
