So they finally announced it. However could not keep up with the last dividend of RS 0.75

I spoke to the CEO today, the delay was due to new CB rules. They had to go to their Audit committee, then to the board, then to the CB and then back to the board to get approval for dividend payments. Its the same for all leasing companies. Thats why there was a delay. A dividen of 1.25 is great, at my all in cost its about a 14% yield which is fabulous.

I am happy about PLC holders.... but for some time later....
some predicted that it will be 0.75 or so based on reliable..... bla bla..

yet, there was an interim to that extent. Total dividend is more than satisfactory

My investment was not purely on dividend basis.....
but i remember one in this forum said with considerable strong recommendation of some level dividend..... i just wanted to remind it...there is difference! thats it!
[* I didn't invest based on that recommendation too]

But it was in my mind in addition to dividend.. there may be a good chance of capital gains.... but i met only a part of it!
& I am happy!
& I am yet learning this subject & deals from few different resources... getting better
there are gains.. neutral & loses...

Wow the person who said about the Rs0.75 dividend appears to have got amnesia and goes on the defensive. So KDDND dont rely on information given by these type of people.

This is what I too remember & set my post..... in this post it said with bit weighted for 0.75cent dividend on PLC.....

now its like little bit uncomfortable....

But as we all ... as human ... always ready to accept genuine mistakes of any one/anybody... if he/she is also understand the mistake.....
We can do our parts ... of with heart fully nice thoughts & looking for better future.... for all..
we got to expect the other parts contribution.. comprising... cooperation.... we can request this... but can't beg it.. it is not good for all parties...!

Yes don't listen to anything I say, I did say I do have a large PLC holding so there was a disclaimer. You can take the information I posted or not.

I also posted this after the post that is being quoted here, specifically clarifying it would be a minimum of 50 maybe 75c.

Completely agree, I was told they were going to announce 75c and later they said they might not be able to do it dues to auditors would not sign off based on liquidity concerns. All of this I stated in a transparent way AND included a disclaimer that I hold a substantial amount of PLC shares.

You made it seem like I deliberatly mislead people on this forum (so did that idiot balapas or whatever his name was, clearly you no him nor slstock admin who conveniently left out the second post about PLC which was the more recent one) did not read my second post and if people are lazy enough to invest based on an annonymous posters information on an equity forum they deserve to lose their money. There is no such thing as a free lunch.

I did not and do not appreciate your or anyones insinuation that I was misleading people. Its just lazy people who do not want to read all the facts and expect other people to tell them what to buy. PLEASE READ ALL THE FACTS.

There are things that we got to correct..
by we as a group...
by our own as a ownself seperately....

in case if I did said any... in a post..... & then after some time ...if I happened to see or understand something wrong or different in my own post ... then probably.... I more like to go back & add comment quoting the my previous post..... rather than separate post.... to minimize negative that might be happening... but for this type of action...it need to be a bit of serious or interesting case/fact to go back that post [this action a comparative & change from person to person]. this could be the reason for me and may be for some others to not to remember your second post too in that strength... as we all r heading to positive targets...

no matter.... it is you said or some one else said or who said..... that statement was bit impressive for me ... coz I too was heading to & expecting good result from PLC...

So his predictions have gone from Rs1.75 to Rs0.50 and most probably selling and buying again. I tend to think he himself is a broker and did a nice performance. He may have never sold VFIN or was expecting Rs0.50 as dividend.

What ever it is I do not appreciate dishonest behaviours like this and we are watching.
 
He initially said

VFIN dividend Rs 1.5 - Rs 2.0
Then said sold VFIN to by COCR
Then said VFIN dividend is Rs 0.5
Then says Bought VFIN again as broker  said.
Now says I already said,

Anyway it's an attractive dividend payout from a promising company showing some big potential .

Signs are really good....They have declared Rs 1.50 dividend even after splitting of shares( I think it is 2011).....Hope the share will give us a good returns in time to come.... I have a very high faith in LFIN and VFIN

Note:- I have 9000 shares of VFIN
