CABO this time possible to announce more than 50.00 Rupees dividend because they have huge profits from stocks trading.

They really disappointed the investors.

But patience also should be there as the dividend is for 2012/13. If the price comes down significantly due to disappointment , it might provide some opportunity for mid term investors.

It seems with Cargo Boat and Hotel Renuka that when they increase profits they "lower"the dividend. There is a direct pattern of this. Is there a basis for a law suite about oppression/contempt of minority shareholders?

Yes that true.

I think they reduced the dividend costs to cover a part of the expenditure on new building adjoining the existing city hotel building.

New building contains 18 room as well as a swimming pool.
Potential cost of this extension is 218 million ( as per the announcement).

I never had shares but as hariesha said if the market overacts to their behaviour then it will create some opportunities.

just a waste of my patience, bougt at 17,but again bought at 18.30 to 18.50, finaly avg was at 18.40

waited so long time for div and sold all at 17.80 to 17 60 in last days.

I don't think anybody will sell it @ 18. Probably it will start trading @ 18.90 or 19. It was traded @ 18-17.20 last few days but didn't buy. But now suppose to buy @ even @ 19... Shocked
