Judge pulls out of GK depositors FR case

The Island

Justice N. G. Amaratunga yesterday declined to hear the fundamental rights violation application, filed in the Supreme Court, by the depositors of the Golden Key Finance Company Private Limited.

The Court consequently directed the Registrar to submit the issue to the Chief Justice to the constitute the bench. Yesterday’s Supreme Court bench comprised, Justices N. G. Amaratunga, K. Sripavan and S. I. Imam.
