I would say below 110, if it goes down that far as the problem is as in the newspaper article is their high debt.

"However the fast-paced investment drive has resulted in increased Group debt and corresponding increase in finance cost."

The irony of some stocks is although their performance has decreased their share prices rise to 52 week high as in the case of CARG. I have benefited by this phenomena. I was wondering if anybody knew anything about CARG which I did not know other than the crossing of 1.327 Mn shares on 7th June.

Carg is trading at high PE/PBVs. If we go by PE or PBV this share will not be worth more than RS 80 -100.


But it appears it price cannot be determine that way.

It is considered a growth share just like LION so people seems to be willing to pay higher prices.

So if you are really interested, wait for the price to settle over time and enter.

Anyway I have not played with CARG since 2010.
