How come a company having a strong EPS 8+ To trade at 30 level.
If PE is 10 - ( 8*10) -: Rs 80
NAV is Around 20 and we all know a NAV * 2.5 is a good valuation for a Fin. Company.
20x2.5 = Rs. 50

I knnw the price can be 29 even tomorrow. But value is above 50. Dilitha knows it very well. lol

VFIN with a EPS 7.04 trading at lower PE.

@ Arena. Correct its valued more than what is now. However in time to come price will get adjusted. I always like companies that grow fast unlike the matured ones. VFIN has shown impressive growth among finance companies. The highest growth I have seen is from ARPI on a continuous basis.

When looking at financial sector companies we should look at Capital adequacy ratios as they form important part of the analysis.

Even 8*5 should be 40/-
So IMO this is undervalued Fundamentally & Technically to.
So any collection under 30 is like GOLD MINE

if you hold this until mid of august....... would be good....

but if u sell now collect again at low...... can't say it clear....
like me..... u also catch it @high

I believe during next one month market more likely to go down........

It has broken the 61.8% support at 30.75 today, so it could go to the next level. specially after the XD date
