This is a simple tool to check the fundamental value of your counters.
This will fetch data from Financial Times(need internet access) and
rank the counters based on several parameters and CSE norms.

Download the tool here:
http://www.mediafire.com/view/utfewtjjpv608j2/HealthCheck_3_0_0.xlsm
1. Select the counter in C2 (Yellow cell)
2. Click on "Fetch Financials"

Health Check For Your Holdings - Page 3 Rating10

Originally this was developed to keep me away from troubles.
Although I'm still testing the ranking parameters,
easy access to important data will be helpful to many.
#I usually pick counters which score over 60 and avoid which are bellow 40.
This may not work on some counters.
Let me know if you have difficulties getting it to work.

Cheers..

Did some modifications. Download the latest version here.
http://www.mediafire.com/view/fgyg5p72btdf11s/HealthCheck_4_0_0.xlsm
Added 5 year average dividend in to rating criteria.
This is because current dividend yield was giving unusual results for some counters.

If we substitute the JINS dividend, I believe we can categorize JINS under safe & positive counters.

Hi Dileepa,
At what frequency this sheet get updated. I mean are we need to download it when ever we want to use it or one time download is enough.

On the other hand what is the meaning of 'Rating'. When it is going high what would that mean?

wow nice work. but the rating for poultry trio (bfl/tafl/gran) is  disappointing. we know they will rock in the future. but based on this all are not good. isn't it? . one thing i learn from cse is, its not about value but the investors sentiments is the key. (i have bought some valued fundamantal stocks but the price go down day by day, and i sold all of them and buy poultry trio, i cover my all loss and now in profit zone.
