GSF Net Asset Value is Rs 13/=. Maximum you can value a Finance Company is 2 times its Book Value. Which is around Rs 26/=. But in consideration of current Central Bank Ruling 1.5X Book Value should be your target. Hence maximum value a investor should give to GSF is Rs 20/=

GMNet what do you recommend?

Going by your theory of 2 times book value will TFC pay us ( buyer) money to buy TFC trading at - Rs 45 asset ?

Wow will they pay Rs 90 to us?

If so TFC will make us all so rich. Right?

Appreciate you are trying to help the ordinary investor...but one should not go by same ruling for all the companies....as the dynamics for each one is different we should in particularly take note of SWOTs....  Very Happy

According to this formula CDB should move to 96 as NAVPS is around 64  Very Happy
