I am studying technical side of stocks in the following bubble chart and Direction of All share index. It is very interesting. Last six month has shown some strength. Time to study technical strength for next six months.

Technically there are some supports for stocks listed below. Carefully should watch building their next boxes. Stocks go up from one box to another box.

Watch for the price of a stock to form a box with a lower bound and an upper bound. When the boxes pile one on top of another the opportunity to buy occurs when the stock penetrates the uppermost part of the topmost box. For example JKH traded for considerable period in a box from Rs.190 to Rs200. When it penetrated the uppermost part that is Rs.200 it had a run. We are seeing this in some stocks now. Now both SAMP and CFIN should have a box from Rs.190 to 200. If they penetrate Rs.200 then look for more activities. Study and try to apply box method to stocks listed above. Those who have other technical ideas also can apply. Look for how boxes formed and going to form boxes for stocks as follows.

TAFL= Rs. 35 to Rs.40 and Rs.40 to Rs.45
REXP=Rs.50 to Rs.59 and Rs.60 to Rs.65
TPL= Rs. 20 to 25 and Rs.25 to Rs.30
SUN=Rs.25 to Rs.30 and Rs.30 to Rs.35
WATA=Rs.8 to Rs.11 and Rs.11 to Rs.14
BOPL= Rs.8 to Rs.11 and Rs.11 to Rs.14
MPRH=Rs.15 to Rs.20 and Rs.20 to Rs.25
DFCC= Rs.140 to Rs.150 and Rs.150 to Rs.160
SAMP= Rs.180 to Rs.190 and Rs.190 to Rs.200.
CFIN= Rs.180 to Rs.190 and Rs.190 to Rs.200
NDB= Rs.180 to Rs.190 and Rs. 190 to Rs.200
RCL=Rs.80 to 90 and Rs.100 to Rs.110
LWL= Rs.70 to Rs.80
LHCL=RS.40 to Rs.45 and Rs.45 to Rs.50
AHUN=Rs.70 to Rs.80
SPEN=Rs.90 to Rs.100
BFL=Rs.120 to Rs.130 and Rs.130 to Rs.140
GRAN= RS.30 to Rs.35 and Rs.35 to Rs.40

Darvas box method followed a fundamental approach with a technical analysis approach when it came to actually buying the stock. Darvas talked about this idea of selecting only stocks that were in new and growing industries. Successful investors and traders have made use of this box method to trade stocks in a period of less than two years. As long as the boxes pile one on top of another continuously investors or traders will keep their stocks for a long time.

Current box for COMB Rs.120 to Rs.130. Its next box is Rs.130 to Rs.140. Very interesting stock. Boxes are piling one top of another in stocks and if this trend continues watch for the market and stock directions. Those who follow box method no need to rush to buy and sell stocks. Volatility will be there for speculative stocks.

In this market any stock can have strong uptrend when it form next strong box.

No need to rush to buy and sell stocks. One buy one even neglected stocks are piling their boxes one top of another. Box players will wait until they see box signal and future fundamentals. Expo penetrated Rs.10. Its next box is Rs.10 to Rs.12. Few more stocks about to penetrate their upper box levels. Do not ignore any sector. In a strong bull market lot of stocks will build boxes one top of another. Bigger rally can come unexpectedly and from unexpected neglected stocks. Some of these stocks already formed their trend. In the plantation group MASK penetrated Rs.11. MADU penetrated Rs.12. It is interesting to see how stocks are going to pile up boxes like pyramids.

High grown tea companies in UVA, Western and Nuwera Eliya region have a chance to become winners. Tea production in Assam Region in India is expected go down by more than 10%. Watch out for piling boxes one top of another and higher tea prices in the coming weeks and coming months.

After penetrating Rs.70/- REXP Is trading in its new box. Their new box is Rs.70 to Rs.75/-

TAFL penetrated Rs.45 today. Its previous box was Rs.40 to Rs.45/. Its new box is Rs.45 to Rs.50/-

RWSL penetrated Rs.2.30. Its new box is Rs.2.30 to Rs.2.60/-

New box for SPEN is Rs.100 to Rs.110/-

Should study stocks piling up their boxes one top of another plus strong fundamentals in the future. Cheers.

Have a look at boxes. If stocks stay in the same boxes then nothing to worry. Expo started from box Rs.5 to Rs. 7.Now it is trading in a box of Rs.10 to Rs.12. AEL is trading in a box of Rs.22 to Rs.24 now. Gran is still trading in a box of Rs.35 to Rs.40. Current box COMB is Rs.120 to Rs.130. Patiently should wait for next action.

COMB now got close to 130 3 times.Two times it was pushed down from 130 and collected again.Today did the collection at ones.last few days sellers weren't there because it was pushed down to 126.

Few stocks went back to precious boxes. After Penetrating Rs.130 and Rs.100 both COMB and SPEN respectively they are holding in the new box. After penetrating Rs.150 DFCC too trading in a new box. In plantation Wata is trading in its new box Rs.11 to Rs.14. Banking, tea plantations and manufacturing stocks are looking good in forming new boxes.

Gradual rising volume in sectors like banking, tea and manufacturing other than Diversified (which was limited to diversify in the past)

New emerging growth stocks to emerge in the sectors like banking, manufacturing, plantations, food and beverages and hotels

Stocks are trading within their boxes. Watch for penetrating upper part of the box for bullish trend. Improved future fundamentals, general market conditions and strong up trend plus strong boxes should be in stocks to become bullish
