National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) ceremony organized by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) will be held on December 16, at the Colombo Hilton for the 11th consecutive year.
The National Business Excellence Awards is an annual award competition and NCCSL will honour and recognize Sri Lankan business houses who have demonstrated excellence in their fields of business and their contribution for the economic progress of the country.
Over the last 10 years, NBEA has gained high reputation and recognition amongst the business community due to its high standard and professionalism. NBEA will evaluates the overall performance of a company and select companies who have maintained best practices, standards in their fields of business .
The competition is divided into five categories namely Extra Large, Large, Medium, Small and Micro and several industry sectors and offers 88 awards which include many sector winners. The rules and criteria for categorizing, marking and the process of evaluation have been modernized this year in keeping with the present contemporary business environment. The judging is done by an elite panel of judges who are professionals in this field.
