100% agree with you. I'm also a new comer for the market & slef. More things to learn like the unlimited ocean. I observed until the yesterday midnight how the things going on here. Some of the members are coming, asking, promoting, criticizing, demoting, silencing, disappearing. From here onwards the moderators are required to get active. They can't just stay away while holding a reputation with a responsible position here. One or two co-admin couldn't do everything here around the clock and it will be a headache to them because they all are humans. Specially the moderators should be fully loaded with all the powerful rights to get any action against the misuse of here. Now the forum is going on smoothly without any problem. All the senior genius members are also welcome to monitor the forum in a good and professional manner. Smile

I've been a member since 2011 and seen many ups so many downs in the forum but I must give credit to Shark and also his team for bringing some semblance to the forum after they took over from a very turbulent time.
This is not the ideal time to leave the forum and a lot of new members need your advice, guidance and moderation in this forum to continue. So let's have a vote and decide if you should resign or not?

Dear Members,

As stated by me earlier i am stepping down as Co-Admin of this forum effective today, I am deeply saddened & upset by the state of affairs that took place prior to my appointment.

I will not exercise my Co-Admin Rights as of now.

It was with great humbleness and with dedication i cared for SLEF during my short span of time as Co-Admin when all sort of chaos were brought upon, by egoistic groups and individuals.

This situation was never warranted, and members did not have to go through such an ordeal.

I have to admit in true sense some break down was triggered and was poorly handled during this period when professional approach was demanded. All what was seen mere finger pointing and name calling, whilst members were at a lost as to the direction of the forum.

Any how short circuit the whole issue, i am stepping down with immediate effect, and will be functioning as an Ordinary Member to who ever requests my attention.

The forum would have had more turbulent times than that of last time and members will come in and fill in the ranks.

The show has to go on........

Dear General Membership, I am proud to have touched your lives in what ever small possible way.... & thank you for all your support.

I am sorry if i had not lived up to your expectations in the forum as a Co-Admin

@Sstar - You must be knowing why i took this decision today.
