CLND - net assets per share is @15.
REEF W19 - expires on June 2015. REEF needs to perform above 45 to be successful
CITK - No plan to start constructing the hotel. Land value is reducesing ( leased land for 99 years) and it has invested 1.2Bn ruppees on CLND at expensive price.

Reef W 19 I do agree. CITK the construction is starting as it was to start after waskaduwa was over. CLND the new wing is coming up and they will have additional income and rents are also increased I guess for the existing ones. And CLND and CITK are more orless at very low levels and has not increased. So downside is very minimal. Also with Reef and CITW the group shares generally move...once again as i said ....before..herd instinct!

thanks for the information.
But CLND net assets per share is 15. Can't justify share value above 25 with EPS , NAV, PE, PBV. highly overvalued @current price.
CITK can't start any hotel projects. They can give thousand reasons, but there is only one reason. They don't have any cash to build a hotel. Most of the money is stucked in CLND.
They have 2.1bn assets. 400Mn land.
They have bought shares more than 1.2bn. DJ first bough CLND at 20. Then after 2 weeks he sold his stake @43 to the CITK. So investment in the CLND has huge loss.
Also CITK has loss 330,239,887 before start doing anything.
Normally we can expect a interest income when we have lot of money. But they have spend 330Mn for nothing I guess.
The last option to raise the price is give some right issue with warrants. At least some share holders can exit with little sorrow.

We can't trade with REEF group with fundamental mindset. Non of their share backed by fundamentals other than NAVPS. But we should look at future potential. CITW will start to show operative income from this quarter onwards and Government expecting a boom in Tourism  on next few years and spend billions of dollars to build infrastructure.

So eventually we can expect a growth in Hotel sector.

Mate for REEF warrants june 2015 is a long way ahead. We will able to see lot of ups and downs until that time. Who knows where REEF.N will positioned at that time. Very Happy If someone play it right you can make tons of profits but otherwise you can be bankrupt too.. Wink

It is more important to look at technicals, trends and read the mind of manipulators rather than fundamentals when trading with these type of trading stocks. Very Happy

REEF.W19 didn't go below 2.4 today, again it jumped back to 2.6, i guess this warrent has some more life than expected. I like the comment by monash, 2015-June is long way ahead. Things are happening in hours and days.
Yes, We should not play with REEF.w19 with investment mindset, unless someone is going to acquire strategic stake

Player,

Do you have a similar expectation on clnd as well and what would be the price target on that. Any time frame?

Have been following this forum and your and some others posts for quite some time.

Thanks Smile
