In longterm view, bear trend is reversed with the break of LH (24), since after that there's no any new LL. So, all the other movements are just noises.

DPL.N - keep look Dpl210

Closer look of Dpl.n:
There's a HPP. so, the target is 20.
According to Schiff pitchfork, it shows a nice channel. The 50% line (ML) has achived @15. Currrently, there's a resistant. (the 50% line). Hence, it can have a pull back. 100% line (UPL)  @ 18.

DPL.N - keep look Dpl310

Intraday view of Dpl.n:
As said by above chart, ML is a resistant, as you can see the double top @ 14.7. On the other hand, there's an ascending traingal. So, anything could be possible, in next couple of days. on  short term elliotwave counting I think it will do a correction, around 13.5.

Res: 15, 18, 20
Sup: 14, 13.5 , 12. (Be aware if it break 12, a good support)

As at today attempting to break 14.5 -14.7 and support is 14 -14.1 (Based on the intraday ascending triangle). If 15 is break will be pressured toward 20.Basketball

@ Fairtrade; If it break 15, target is 20.
If it break 20, we could hope 24.
Note: Short term targets are 16 -18

fff4sl wrote:Best price to enter?
@ fff4sl;
If you notice this's a low risk entry point. Based on ASc.Traingle support is 14 -14.1
So, if you can enter closer to 14- 14.2, is the best. Because Keep your STP (Stoploss) @ 14, means if it break 14 you getout. So, only you risk, 10 -20 cents (1.5%) + Transaction fee.
You decide your buying price but keep your STP tight.
( This's stratergy is the best in current situation untill traingle is not broken). Hope you got the point..

Very Happy

@ fairtrade, You maybe correct.I didn't studied the co-related charts... and there may be correlations.
My true intention is to note that low risk entry point for DPL.
So, Keep your STP at 14, so you risk very less and 19 is a good target. And time is a critical factor in here. So, something should be happen soonly, whether up or down.
And Note that, DPL is not such fundamentally strong. However, they've acquired RFPL (Royal Fern wood porcelain), and they saying their sales are growing both local and Int'l. And recent fuel and electricity price reduction will help them.

Chairman Review;
Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC (DPL) made an after tax net profit of LKR 23.8 million for the year which is a decline from the LKR 31.3 million posted in the previous financial year. At a Group level with the consolidation of Royal Fernwood Porcelain (RFPL), which was acquired on 31 December 2013, the Group posted a loss of LKR 28.2 million due to the significant losses at RFPL. The losses at RFPL have now been significantly reduced, however much effort is still required in restructuring the operations of RFPL in the coming year.

CEO Review;
Export Sales
The export turnover continued to show a growth in this year, too. It grew from LKR 953.8 million to LKR 1,028.6 million, showing a 7.8% increase. The Company’s export turnover passed the LKR one billion mark. The exports to USA increased by 74%. We could achieve 97.2% of budgeted export sales revenue.
Local Sales
The local sales also continued to show a steady growth. The sales figure went up from LKR 574.9 million to LKR 640.2 million, an increase of 11%. This is a remarkable achievement against the budgeted figure. We could hit 102.4% of the local sales budget

Analysis; DPL (cont'd) - Elliot Wave count

Recently, 14.5 resistant was break so, intraday ascending triangle, break upward.
So, I did a EW count on DPL, for short term outlook.
seems it s running 5th leg, as you can see in the diagram it could either end at 15 or 16 or 18. Very Happy
