Two Brokering Firms in a race to acquire as many as they can of COLO .

One of them are notorious of price hiking of shares . They recently pushed a share by a huge percentage now exiting from it by dumping it to their poor customers. This company actively participated in the last year's COLO run, also. This time knowing the value of COLO is huge than last time , desperately trying to collect 200,000 shares from the market floor , as I was told by some reliable.

Yesterday they tried their old trick of placing selling from the TOP while buying from the BOTTOM .

Yesterday they placed a SELL order at Rs 70 /= placed sundry orders above 60 /= in slabs . Retail buyers in the misunderstanding that a selling pressure had been created removed their buy orders .

At near the closure of the market they sold 5,300 shares towards 65/= region that all of their OWN ORDERS .

But they couldn't succeed yesterday , as no genuine selling was witnessed.

Another Broker told me this morning that , they also heard what has happened yesterday and things are going to be changed today as there going to many buying orders from their clients.

So .. COLO is in a RUN now ...   we may see a huge price appreciation in a quick session ...

likely to be trading around Rs 80/= .. Rs 85/= before end of this week .

When i observe the orders placed to buy COLO i have a feeling that someone is purposely cutting down the price to buy them at a lower price.

Is it worthwhile to hold on to this share ?

Ultimately any announcement on COLO has to benefit CFLB which has a 65% ownership. Why is everyone silent. I am told CFLB collection ongoing. Is this the bus to board??

I need someone with an insight to explain me something please.
For the past 3 years this company has RS.3Bn worth of reserves.
Why are they not utilizing the reserve to invest or pay dividends to the investors so that share price will reflect the dividend paid.

What is the point of just holding on to reserves that significant ?
Next question is being a company who have paid dividends regularly can we expect the same this time ? And if yes any idea as to when ?

LOLC is trading at Rs 143/ - as of today.

COLO has a holding of 394,000 of LOLC .

Amazing thing is a single LOLC share costs only Rs 2.38

.
