Real Estate Development, Phupobfa Co, plans to build luxury villas in Khao Yai in order to respond to the demands that is being need in real estate market in Thailand.
The Creston Hills Residence will cost 4,000 million baht (123 million dollar) with accommodation of 57 units and cost 1.69 million dollar up.
First phase will construct on 158400 square meters land, which has a 48000 square meters and 57 villas with American style. Villa will be sold in the price from 1.69 to 3.03 million dollars, and the target customer is director of a company.
Recently, the project above have been sold about 30 per cent, while the sale is predicted to finish at the end of 2015. Phupobfa has strong confidence with project’s location which is near the entrance of National Park at Khao Yai.
After the completion of the construction at the end of 2016, company will start its second phase on the remained land, which include 9 buildings with 3 floors that have the total accommodation of 200 units and 73 city’s style houses that have 3 floor each.
