That from first 6 months. Big profit paying loan with IPO (less interest). Now loans up again. More interest soon.
Dec quarter only EPS 0.22 - 1% growth

@MarketResearch

Fully agree with you. Compared to same period last year profits have doubled.
Revenue has shot up more than 30% compared to the previous quarter.
Also we see a strong shareholder list comprising of SLIC, EPF and ETF.
i think following will start bearing fruit to PCH in future
-Strong recruitment's to important posts
-tax advantages
-government identification of IT as a thrust industry
-new business strategies including BPO
I see lot of effort being made to create some panic in the mind of PCH investors.
However in the same way it came out of the price band i expect PCH to march forward

PCH entered into the market nearly 14 years ago focusing PC consumer market segment and later diversified into the office automation equipment, network and communication, software solution etc..
Greenwich Lanka (PVT) Limited subsidiary of PCH cater to Internet Data Centre solutions ( PCH appointed as a business partner of Reliance Communication India – India’s largest ICT private company), BPO and KPO ( similar to BPO but specialized inparticular domain – need fully qualified highly professional staff)
In short term market PCH look as speculative share but it has very good future growth if they fulfill following things without breaking business ethics; (Assumption : in the presence of sustainable economic stability prevail in Sri Lanka as well as Globally)
1. According to the government sources to win the war against development ICT sector has to play major role and present government highly focuses on ICT development. So this is the right time to PCH to invest to their IPO money in right places. i.e. They can diversify into more new innovative sectors and also they can acquire hidden local ICT sector innovative players and SMEs to strengthen their professional staff.
2. They have to appoint right caliber of people to the right places to achieve highly competitive goals.
3. They have to build up a good repo with government as well as mass enterprise level clients (local/foreign), SMEs and retail customers. To win the heart of above mentioned categories they have to maintain good customer support service center as well as fully qualified pre-sales and post-sales staff.
4. They have to follow industrial norms and standards.
5. They have to build up good partnerships with the well known brands.
If they able to fulfill those in the long run PCH is a value GEM.
Pls don’t through your hard earning money into a speculative share, work hard and understand the market really well before you investing in particular share.
Can anyone justify the PCH current stock price is undervalued or overvalued? Appreciate if you can present it in more descriptive manner that can understand by non financial guy.
