still no body realize the CPRT is good to buy ..

in the Illiquid stock CPRT is the best ..

even after Split it will cost 160/= according to the today price ..

last Quater report show good profit for the CPRT ..

they will show more this time and they got rights money as well..

compare with other illiquid (all more than 2000/=) CPRT is the best ...

CPRT how is my Prediction about Share Split 10 shares for 1 share.

CPRT Net Asset Value Increase After Rights Issue Nearly 800.00

CPRT Total Issued Shares 60,017 and CDS Qty 56,000 Shares,

CPRT After Share Split also this very illiquid Stock.

CPRT after Share Split it will move up 500 levels.

CPRT buy and keep it for 3 months then it will go again more than 1000/= after split... it means today price like 10000/= worth.

AUTO happened long time ago traded 1000 then
they split by 10 now AUTO again trading 1200/= ...
now they split by 10 again

CPRT is the best illiquid stock as I said .. no worries buy and keep it .. you can make more than 5 times profit ...

otherwise note this and keep in your mind the time will teach you

I post to buy when its 1400 after again I post to buy when it's 1800 now it's over 2000 still not late to buy if you brought cprt definitely u can get good profit.

Total shares in issue is 60017

After the right issue only 29000 shares held by public

After split there will be only 290000 shares with public

As per the last quarter eps 42.58 (this is before rights issue)

After rights issue this will be diluted to 24.84

After split it will be rs 2.5

Annulised eps after split rs 10 ( if they continue this earnings)

Similarly NAVPS will be rs 25 after split

After split

Annualised eps- rs 10
NAVPS. -rs 25
No of sahares with public - 290000
As per the current mkt price - rs 200

Pls comment if iam wrong and give ur predictions

anyhow you calculate public shares 290 000 shares means include major share holders also ..
major shareholders no one want to sell this

So in the market now less than 2000 shares exist.. after split only 20 000 sahres
most of the major share holders are same family from directors so they don't want to sell

this will be go again more than 1000/= after split like AUTO ( take time) AUTO already split by 10 then its goes again 1200/= level now again they split by 10

CPRT is the good investment shares also.

MR.RAVI Ratnasabapathy in action so they will improve their business as well.

CPRT will touch again 1000/= after split so more than 5 times profit at least 6 to 12 month plan

or short term 300/= to 500/= after split

Yes agreed i have calculated including major share holders.

To reach 1000 after split company have to show huge profits

But it can easily move some where arround 300 to 400 is possible due to illiquidity

I too beleive this will give good return in future but not like most people promoting to sell there stake
