i m going to invest million with long term investment plan..
please kindly request you to advice regard this.my investment advice in broker firm says to divide it and invest in banking and hotel sector.i want to gather multiple opinion on this.

Yed, your broker is right.
However, it is much safer to invest in banks like,
SAMP,NDB,NTB
For hotels, I would recommend STAFF (Dolphin)
Also consider Chevron (LLUB )

Which basic skills going to invest 1 million for your first investment. U had to do more study for increase your investment education knowledge.

Do more home work after that invest .

have some Lanka Lubricant ( LLUB ) shares in your portfolio as it gives you regular dividend

( Last three years it has been declaring good dividend five times a year )

gives you regular income to your bank account and also capital gain in your share value as well

however please check with more people and then make your wise decision accordingly.

Shares like LITE, SFIN, SAMP, DIST, HVA, CSF, TAFL,GRAN,ACME,AAIC should move to unbelievable levels if ASPI clocks 7000. Decide after thinking twice.
