let fools to buy a such a premium, who can give an assurance the 14 Billion loans and advances to be recovered or not in a such a market scenario, of course bad and doubtful debts to be considered. Basically net asset value is high in BFN due to loan and advances not from fixed assets like plant machinery equipment or land and buildings. in such a scenario quality of the assets is questionable . again and again if any one wish to buy above 9 are fools.

BFN must come below 9/-

Actually BFN is not in the track . If you check the latest quarterly finance,of course the profit down massively comparete QOQ. How ever RSI figure some thing favorable bios to 12% means selling pressure is less compare to before

With out fundementals how prices can go up? If it is so very risky and to be investigated. Some times it can be a part of manipulation process too. If you check clearly cash position has come down to very dangerous level . Borrowing increased and business growth reduced. Customers have withdran some deposits. Bad and doubtful debt has increased . Finally overall industry became berrish and no much hope in overall economy . In this scenario more chances to dump shares on innocent investors. I dont have any issue if you buy the share on right price and right time. Of course currently its not. GL

BFN has to find 400 million any how to run their business. So we have to think what are the strategies they can implement for this. As example Right issue, customer deposits promotions,debentures etc..

Heehee, as i told Earlier BFN has posted a heavy losses in recent quarter, by representing 0.70 cents loss per share for quarterly. The worse scenario is they have a huge negative cash flow, and i cant see any improvement at the moment

For any Finance Company to do well the economy should be in growth trajectory. Sadly the present govt screwed the economy putting the entire corporate sector into difficulty.
Now wants to issue menstrual pads & condoms free to capture power! Oh what a shame!

Compare to industry giants Like COMB,HNB,NDB ..BFN doesnt worth even 5 /= , Now its a really hard time for finance companies except market leaders. Those who wish to buy the share do your own Analysis and homework . As we awrare BFN is very easy to manipulate . So many investors loss their capital by investing above 14/-, i have given sevaral objections against this share . How ever as some prople says merge or delist will be applicable different strategy for the share price. but chance is very minimum for a such scenario .

BFN financial report will be released soon . It estimates loss per share can be 3.10, ( EPS -3.10) , BFN has dramatically reduced their loan book also. In 2019 march retained profit was 339 million but as of dec 2019, it reported retained loss 80 million . Very tragedy situation . Cash flow became huge negative and expanded upto 446 million negative . New comers be careful with this share which is not worth even 5 rupees.

THEY MADE A HUGE LOSS AND IN BIG CASH FLOSW ISSUE NOW
