Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
According to available and reliable inside information, AINV has already relinquished/ given up their right issue.

In some precedent cases, Blue Diamond (BLUE) given up their share splitting after the XE date, citing unable to get approval at their AGM.

In the case of AINV, lost huge amount of money due to their ten cents dividend (though the lion shares of AINV with the owner that time,( means the big portion of dividend goes back to owner of AINV)). The dividend was with the intension of squeezing out money through right issue from investors mainly retailers.

For right issue, further they have to spend huge amount of money for rights issue application, form printing to processing the right issue application and secretariat fees. After all, who will apply for the AINV’S rights at one rupee?

AINV’S owners are very well known about this.
AINV involved in so many rackets, first they used the AINV’S, IPO fund to manipulate AINV’S owners close friend Rishan’s PCHH, PCP shares.
AINV’S pushed the PCHH price from cents 60 to Rs.2.40 in year 2012 and  even offered mandatory offer, during the mandatory offer period they downloaded the PCHH on retailer’s head, that was mutually beneficial to AINV and their collogue extravagant money thirsty Mr.S.H.M.Rishan, the founder of PCH, PCHH and PCP.  Finally SEC intervened to safeguard the investors that was  history.

AINV’S Directors/ owner and PCH, PCHH, PCL founder Mr.S.H.M.Rishan, even went to the court for grand outside show for unsuspecting CSE investors to reasoning the download the PCHH on retailers head, that they are enemies each other and fighting for this valuable PCH, PCHH and PCP.

Actually AINV’S owner and Mr.S.H.M.Rishan are good friends behind the screen. Thus AINV was tried to hand lift the extravagant Rishan from his personal financial crisis using CSE investors money at that time.

Think, if AINV had surplus fund that time, why should invest in this bankrupt dying valueless PCH, PCHH, and PCP? Can’t they invest in blue chip counters?

Secondly AINV arranged one well known doctor, high net worth investor to buy AINV at high price than the open CSE trade price, through crossing to show and trap the retailers, and some of the retail fools were rushed bought the AINV at high price after seeing this high profile drama. But the doctor investor bought the AINV at very low price and was paid back outside the CSE.

Now no one will trust the AINV’S activity and their financial statements may subject to errata notice in future dates.

If they manipulate the AINV’S price, first those holding the AINV will readily download the AINV shares on the AINV’S manipulators head and they will be the first victims than retailers. I think you too will download your AINV quantity on them. This is the reason AINV is not moving like CIFL (Now dead).

So that the AINV’S directors too very smart, as they selling the AINV even at cents 30 after fixing their right issue price as one rupee, before the retail investors realize. The same way, same pattern, Rishan sold PCH at whatever the price earlier, is now reflecting in AINV’S owners selling spree, now PCH sellers are at 10 cents but no buyers for PCH at CSE.

AINV won’t bother about the AINV’S CSE trading price or trade halt at CSE, but one thing is sure they won’t allow liquidating AINV under the hammer, because they have to go home and personally will affect them and their business.

Sometimes they will change the AINV’S name that is their foremost emergency for them to trap new round of retail investor fools that is called “Old toddy in new pot”.

PCHH is still maintaining its profitability and assets value amidst the scarcity of coconut shells.

Yesterday they released the accounts.

Those who are engaged in acti carb industry had to  import  shells from Philippines or India due to low supply in SL at the moment.

As this is an export business with lot of future potential  I hope recovery or high price acquisition.

Agree Chinwi, I am also hopefully holding PCHH

My worry is it seems they are siphoning off money to s loss making venture where they steal the cash
See due from related party has gone up and looks like PCHH has
borrowed this money
Without annual accounts and audited account no way to tell

Any way we can stop this ?
