CALF mandatory offer last date 19 of this month after that what will happen it will go up or down ? it will be become CARGILLS BANK?

What happens if minority shareholders does not accept mandatory offer?

In the offer document they say, they will delist in the due course, i think they might give the Bank Shares for the people who have the shares after de listing, not sure though

One option is to automatically offer CARG BANK shares in exchange to CALF if they do not except mandatory offer?

I think its similar to what happened to SMLL after the merger with PLC.

1 PLC for 3 SMLL shares that time this was a good deal for SMLL holders.

Mandatory offer by Cargills Bank is at Rs 15.50 per CALF share. Thereafter CALF will be delisted from the market and will merge with Cargills Bank. If you don't accept their offer then you may be offered Cargills Bank shares at some proportion say for example one Cargills Bank share for each two CALF shares(Rs 31 per share).So investing in CALF shares now should be considered as long term investment as one has to estimate how long it will take Cargills Bank to be a listed PLC and the share price then.

not sure. These financial companies came to CSE as a result of a regulation. Now there is another regulation to merge them. I guess whether CB will withdraw first rule (listing on CSE) after merging them. Personally I will avoid merged leasing companies (not banks) for possible delisting risks. But if it is highly attractive buy.
