If you are looking at NAV to invest then there are better options. For example RHL's NAV is 54/= as against the CMP of 21/=. The cheap room rates will erode profit margins. Let's see the price movements in the coming days. The share is poised to lose grounds for certain.

I was in the market during war time also. But I never panic up or down situations. I believed what I invested that's the reason I have a big finance freedom now. Speculation,tradig or investment should be identified during this process. Time to time exit & entry also more important for some particular shares. Don't follow anyone blindly.

Let me add more, as stock back said "2017-2018" will be golden era for CSE. So study some hidden gems . We will see some fresh funds to CSE due to discourage of some investment by budget.
Suppose buying and selling property may entitle capital gain tax from next March onwards. Some cash/fixed deposits also taxable.

GHLL can reach 11.70 at least with the gain in ASPI during December.

In fact today itself it touched 11.70. So then we can expect a target of 12.50 at least.

Yes EC ,GHLL can easily touch 12.50 levels due to low selling pressure . As I said earlier it touchrd 10.50 levels from 12++ so witnessed that panic selling was cleared . It can easily pass 12 levels and possible to stay 12.50 levels. Positive charts have been created at the moment.

GHLL Share price up you are talking without out a rational from the company point of view.

Bcz if share price rise,its very short-term....Specially who are buying at a premium price will be in hot water.

Minority share holding oF GHLL Is small %.

Can move upward or downward.I had GHLL in August -October period.

Many Runs took place .I bought and Sold Many times with good profits.

It will be Green but very soon come down to 9 level.

i try to collect more around 11.00. if green market continue GHLL stock price move quickly.

3% stocks can be trade. but most of the stocks bought around 18-20 level. (I mean out of this 3%)

according to my calculation this can be trade 15 level. with proper demand.

looks to me now people bought above 11 and they dont want sale at cheap price. in that case difficult come down (i mean 9.0 level)

if price fall 9.0. before stocks should sale at at-lease 11.00 then i can start buying....

Year on year Galadari Hotels (Lanka) PLC had relatively flat revenues (1.58bn to 1.54bn), though the company grew net income 22.11% from 172.95m to 211.18m.

EPS is at 0.6488
Book Value per share is 18.75
Net income (YOY change %) is at 22.11%
Price/earnings ratio stands at 17.2

The share has strong demand building at RS.10-10.20 Levels which is its key support level which i suggest is good for collection for medium to long term investment.
