Day by day our portfolio value decreasing. SEC is introducing new IPO's every week. Existing money goes to fresh IPO's.
SEC doesn't change their rules. T+5 is still there. When Share prices increasing regularly opposition people shouted and said about a bubble... Now share prices decreasing daily ...But everybody in the government and the opposition silent.

SEC cannot put price band even, because they are coming down gradually with the limit per day. Ppl do not worry...there will be a rainy day soon....sky is gloaming now...

I think the market is in a IPO Bubble. Too much of IPO s already came for this year already which is not bearable.
