But what wil happen if lofc 40 clc arround 100Niwa wrote:
Seems CLC shareholders will receive 1.5 shares of LOFC at the optimum market price (= 60.30/39.90 = 1.5).
If LOFC remains 30 and CLC hits 60 at the stipulated cut-off date, every CLC shareholder will receive 2 shares of LOFC.

Ratio 2.5 or still 2
Lofc =39,,, CLC= 60 comes to action
Still highest value in the value range . Same as 1.5Hi Captain wrote:But what wil happen if lofc 40 clc arround 100Niwa wrote:

Which means ratio will not go beyond 1 to 2Niwa wrote:Still highest value in the value range . Same as 1.5Hi Captain wrote:But what wil happen if lofc 40 clc arround 100Niwa wrote:

To get profits Lofc have to move up lol![]()
The question is will LOFC move up...![]()
98% holding of CLC by LOLC, to 92% of LOFC it seems very unlikely to me
