GLAS has invested 2 billion new capex so future revenue will be at least 1.4x based on current sales plus selling price . Only the issue is utility cost

Try to collect GLAS @3.50. Really good share. Recommended to enter around @3.50 (Mid-Long term). If you can hold few months , this is a really good share to grind hard.

They made losses last Q, but reason was they had to incur 60% of utility cost to keep raw material alive without any sales.  new production line aimed at export sales.  they are the only glass manufacturer in sri lanka.  import restrictions will help them massively if local demand also picked up.
Overall this is undervalued and 50% dividend payout counter.  
60%- 100% gain within two years.  good collection for a value investor.

Currently company is undervalued.  Pre covid it was 4.6.
Macro env is favourable so alue should further high.
They increased their production capacity by 20% last year which will add more revenue.
Potential buyer will value company considering above factors too.  which means a higher offer could be received.
Even after buying they will not sit watch. They will invest more to increase productivity etc. which means higher profits in future.
Only uncertain part is dividend policy under a new buyer.

yes, the environment is very challenging. So the parent company wants to sell their business. They are not selling only the Sri Lankan company. They selling all their business including the parent Indian company. Our retailers have not understood this truth.

normally they said there are no price sensitivity transactions at the beginning. look at LOLC clarification of a newspaper article 2019. After a few days, the price goes up.

Can't agree with teller here. You can't ignore a share just because they have loans. 

Let's be positive. Glas is not a loss making company and has a sound NAV. One of the best Penny Stocks we have and pays a dividend too. 

New buyer might pay off these loans and make it even more profitable.

GLAS N continuously recorded profit. Teller especially highlighted GLAS co. debt component. Most of Co.s maintained debt capital. GLAS has the ability to pay debt due to the profit-making company.
in CSE, so many comapny have done the right issue to settle debt. GLAS every time to expand their business. check cash flows, how many years invest in capital expenditure.

so many loss-making companies have in CSE, they never criticize such companies.
In simply, when they miss an opportunity, they underestimate that shares even make a profit and misrepresent people
