Cess amended by 5.00 to Cement that will benefited to Tkyo cement and there are room to upward of price of Tkyo.
Also it was shown buying pressure today itself.

The new tax imposed on imported cement. Rs. 250 for the 50 Kg bag and other other imported cement. 5/kg CESS which results Tokyo Cement which is domestically manufactured to have an advantage in terms of pricing and also increase their production capabilities to cater to the demand of cement.

In simple terms, Imported Cement got hammered with a new duty.

Yes. I saw Tokyo with big volumes yesterday, especially on a curfew. have to get in by Monday. Future looks good for Tokyo.

When current liabilities are greater than current assets the business is facing liquidity. It is not unusual in a startup for current liabilities to exceed current assets in the first year or two. Earnings were not stable. Huge borrowings. What is your expectation on this high leverage company?

Additional tax of 250/bag for imported bags which would see them out and will increase local capacity utilization by 15-20%.
This is inline with government promoting local production of cement. This should be positive for Tokyo.

Interest rates have come down a great deal and also loan repayments are delayed by all firms. So the current situation will benefit the debt financing of TKYO.

Its look like Tokyo is in a cash flow crisis. The way how they manage will decide the future . As investors we must think earnings as well as the managing cash flows too. Who ever collect at low prices may try to dump the shares to new comers. We have seen several time same situation repeated . Some key manipulators are into this share . For me its a 'Handle with care'" share now. I think you understand . GL

The objective of increasing the CESS on imports is to reduce the volume of imports and to increase domestic produce by 15% to 20%. TKYO is the only listed company in CSE who produces cement locally. The move will directly increase TKYOs production volume and sales too. This is the main reason behind the current demand for the stock. I have seen the same kind of demand in last November too where the stock has run from 20s to 50+. I think entering @ 30 for a holding period of one month can give you very attractive return.

Foreign selling has impacted the movement today. seems they are dumping the stocks which couldn't be done earlier as other stocks as tkyo was not moving for one month or so.

Only 257k shares sold at 39.1. And at the same time all quantities offered at 30 to 30.5 snapped up like hot cake. It would be interesting to see how this moves tomorrow.

As this share usually moves along with ASI entry points might become lower by Rs 1.50 if ASI takes a downward trend.

When i says its a good buy based on the trading price . Now price moved to high and in recently Manipulators are dumping the share . I got the info about coming report last night, thats the reason i told my opinion . Remember tellers radar system in alert every where.
