Haven't seen . same happened to EXPO(Q report rumour),GLAS(Blackstone acquisition rumour)etc..
but with time they will come back to the previous highs.
since the news is positive investors shouldn't panic

This is not an ordinary course or business of BIL and LOLC like before . There are more than billion of shares collected last few days. But not much sales done today except little panic sellers. Entering to port city with China is massive potential. Government is running to port city building despite Covid19 or whatever. I think real purposive demand for BIL, LOLC will come from tomorrow onwards.

LOLC brokers themselves may have sold and even bought at the bottom. People will start buying tomorrow because of the news, they may dump again tomorrow maybe after prices hit 4.5-4.7/= 

Thought of joining the run based on this, but decided to sit back and observe on principle. Smile 

This is purely what I think happened today. No recommendation.

DO you guys remember the days after the penny stock rally?in each thread, the word Tomorrow was there. some said collection going @10 again next day collection was @9 likewise it came to 7 . after a few weeks now it's trading @9 levels .what I'm trying to tell is, its better wait and see where the dust settles

BIL Market Cap is LKR 54 Bn.

That means LOLC need to fund the Projects. So Right Issues on the way.

එල්.ඕ.එල්.සී (LOLC) සමූහයේ මූලෝපායික ආයෝජන අංශය වන බ්‍රවුන්ස් ඉන්වෙස්ට්මන්ට්ස් සහ චයිනා හාබර් ඉන්ජිනියරින් කම්පැනි ලිමිටඩ් (CHEC) අතර මෙම ගිවිසුම අත්සන් තැබිණි.

මිශ්‍ර සංවර්ධන ව්‍යාපෘතියක් ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක කොළඹ ජාත්‍යන්තර මූල්‍ය මධ්‍යස්ථාන (CIFC) ගිවිසුම අත්සන් තැබීමේ අවස්ථාවට අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතා සමඟ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ චීන තානාපති චි ජෙන්හොං මහතා ද එක්ව සිටියේය.

“විදේශ සෘජු ආයෝජන ආකර්ශනය කර ගැනීම අපගේ රජයේ ප්‍රමුඛතාවයක්. මෙම සුවිශේෂී ව්‍යාපෘතිය ශ්‍රී ලංකාව නැවත ව්‍යාපාර ලොවට පිවිස ඇති බවට ප්‍රබල නිදසුනක්” යැයි අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතා පැවසීය.

“උපාය මාර්ගික පිහිටීම සමඟ මානව හැකියාවන්ද අන්තර්ගතව ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ලබාදෙන අයෝජන අවස්ථාවලින් උපරිම ප්‍රයෝජන ගන්නැයි අග්‍රාමාත්‍යතුමා මෙහිදී ලොව පුරා විසිරී සිටින ආයෝජකයන්ට ආරාධනා කළේය.

අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතා ජනාධිපතිවරයා ලෙස කටයුතු කරමින් සිටියදී 2014 වසරේ දී කොළඹ වරාය නගර ව්‍යාපෘතිය චීන ජනාධිපති ෂී ජින් පිං මහතාගේ මෙරට සංචාරයට සමගාමීව ආරම්භ කරන ලදී.

අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් බිලියන 1.4 ක මූලික අයෝජනයෙන් සහ අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් බිලියන 15 ක අපේක්ෂිත සමස්ත ආයෝජනයකින් සම්පූර්ණවන කොළඹ වරාය නගරය දකුණු ආසියාවේ ප්‍රමුඛතම ව්‍යාපාරික, නේවාසික සහ සංචාරක ගමනාන්තය බවට පත්වනු ඇත.

“මෙම තීරණාත්මක මොහොතේ චීනය නැවත වතාවක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාව කෙරෙහි ඇති විශ්වාසය සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ආර්ථික හා සමාජ සංවර්ධනයට උපකාර කිරීමට ඇති සිය කැපවීම පෙන්නුම් කරනවා” යැයි චීන තානාපති චි ජෙන්හොං මහතා පැවසීය.

“කොළඹ ජාත්‍යන්තර මූල්‍ය මධ්‍යස්ථාන ව්‍යාපෘතිය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ මූල්‍ය හා අනෙකුත් කර්මාන්ත ශක්තිමත් ලෙස වර්ධනය වීමට එලදායී ලෙස බලපානවා පමණක් නොව සාමාන්‍ය ජනතාවට උසස් තත්ත්වයේ රැකියා අවස්ථා නිර්මාණය කරන බවට විශ්වාස කරන්නේ යැයි” චීන තානාපති චි ජෙන්හොං මහතා පෙන්වා දුන්නේය.

මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය හෙක්ටයාර් 6.8 ක මුළු භූමි ප්‍රමාණයකින් සමන්විත වන අතර එය අදියර දෙකක් යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ.

බ්‍රවුන්ස් ඉන්වෙස්ට්මන්ට්ස් සහ චයිනා හාබර් ඉන්ජිනියරින් කම්පැනි ලිමිටඩ් ඒකාබද්ධව කළමනාකරණය කරන කොළඹ ජාත්‍යන්තර මූල්‍ය මධ්‍යස්ථාන ව්‍යාපෘති පළමු අදියර යටතේ අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 450 ක ආයෝජනයකින් යුතුව හෙක්ටයාර 3.06 ක භූමි ප්‍රමාණයක විශේෂ කාර්ය වාහන (SPV) සමාගමක් ස්ථාපිත කෙරෙනු ඇත.

තිරසර හා සමාජීය වශයෙන් වගකිවයුතු ආකාරයකින් ක්‍රියාත්මක කෙරෙන මෙම සමස්ත ව්‍යාපෘතිය, විවිධ අංශ ඔස්සේ සැලකිය යුතු ගුණාත්මක රැකියා අවස්ථා රැසක් ඇති කිරීමට අපේක්ෂා කර තිබේ.
