1. NDB around 100 before divident long term
2.SAM around 165 before div long term
3.REXP around 280 before divident price long term
4. SEY.X before div at 32 Medium term (1 year-2 year)
5. Arpico insurance around 20 (Long Long term)
6. VFIN at 75 long term
7.LFIN at 150 long term
8.OSEA reality at 16 (long term)
9. VPEL around 6 long term

There are better companys than above but prices are not good.
I posted above 100% genuinely.

Above details are arrive after considering div yield/gvt tax cut/NAV/PE ratio/ quality of managemnt
Dont touch HNB/NTB/Commercial/GRAN/TAFL they are overpriced even they are best companys.

NDB SAM OSEA SEY are cyclicals and crashed to bottom
REXP/ Arpico insurance/LFIN/VFIN are fast growers do not check 52 week lows for buy this kind of companys.

Arpico insurance is a stock which is mostly unnoticed and hidden. if you can wait 30 years this company will make you miracles at least 500 times of your investment after 30 years

Guys what about LDEV.N and BRWN.N

1. LANKEM DEVELOPMENTS PLC (LDEV.N0000) :- Current price : 3.40/=
:- EPS (2018) : 2.92
:- EPS (2019) : (0.36)
NAV : 7.87

Now i think its the time to collect LDEV.N at a low price.

2. BROWN & COMPANY PLC (BRWN.N) :- Current price : 74/=
:- EPS (2018) : 11.48
:- EPS (2019) : 7.22
NAV : 120.97

There is a doubt about buying BRWN.N now. But there is a chance for a run under new government.

Both above shares are in Construction sector and this is just an idea.

On Nov. 27, Sri Lanka announced wide ranging tax reliefs including a reduction of Value Added Tax from 15 percent to 8 percent and reduction of telecommunications levies from 30 percent to 5 percent. Sectors such as agriculture, fisheries, livestock and IT were made tax exempt while taxes on the construction industry were reduced from 28 percent to 14 percent.
1. A 2 percent Nation Building Tax on domestic goods and services would also be removed.
2. A capital gains tax on stocks, a debt tax on financial institutions and debt service tax had also been removed.

Guys what about MERCANTILE SHIPPING COMPANY PLC (MSL.N0000)
Here is my idea.

Highly undervalued share. NAV is 1060rs whether price is only 60rs. (like 18 times affraid

)

But i'm not telling this based on NAV.
MSL.N will be a good buy around 65. There is a high chance for passing 100/=
Even when there is a chance for reaching 200 levels, will be a good buy

And this is 1 of those 13.5% companies. isn't it?
