I clearly told my rexp target earlier and now i set target now for hexp. Remember these companies will get much more benifits like tax relief ,rupee depreciation as well as chinese situation . At currently , so many countries avoid imports from china which may continue upto 6 months. So this hexp can pass 160 and rexp 300. In shares outstanding and new development , Hexp can touch 160 even based on CMP of rexp, its reasonable .

Yes i agree they are valuable. Yeah HEXP was struggling @92 for a considerable time. Now the run started. Fundamentally + Technically its satisfying.

But don't you think there is a huge chance for PABC? I guess that bond trading ban will be lifted in this month.

Most of banks are good @ current prices but we can expect a 100% gain from UBC and PABC. Only from UBC and PABC when considering bank sector. DFCC ,COMB also not bad but no doubt that UBC and PABC holders will get the maximum gain.

NAV is 17rs bruh. Think this Feb they will only pay 1 rupee as the div. Guess what will happen to market price.

Best dividend paying company is LLUB. But it is too risky.

LLUB is the market leader that's correct but now its more competitive in lubricants field as new companies entered to the field. However LLUB isn't a bad investment either.

However i m not into LLUB. At least not now  Wink

Buddy closely look their financials then you realized what im saying. Compared to strong banks like COMB SAMP NDB their financials are very poor. Im telling based on their earnings like EPS P/E NAV

UBC clearly overvalued. PABC z undervalued but there are better banks to invest than PABC.
NDB is best option in current price range before divident. sam also good at 160 . any way banks are not lucrative now

Yes but Only when just considering it's value by P/E ratio.

Lets take UBC,

Profit after taxes grew by 36% YoY
Net Interest Income up 21% YoY
Total Capital Adequacy Ratio is 16.3%
Total Operating Income YoY Growth was 19%
Total average CASA YoY Growth was 22%
Operating Expenses increased by 5%
Total asset growth was -8%

And lets compare it with your favorite share. SAMP,

Total Capital Adequacy Ratio was 15.65% {While UBC's 16.3% (Higher is better)}
Total asset growth is 4.1% (Its higher than UBC btw)
Profit after tax decline by 23.5% (While UBC's PAT grew by 36%)
Operating Expenses increased by 9% (While UBC's increased only by 5%)
Total average CASA Growth was 0.9% (While UBC"s CASA Grwoth is 22%)

Total Operating Income YoY Growth was 13.4% (While UBC's Growth is 19%)

Green = (+) points for UBC
Red = (-) points for UBC

So we got +5 points and only -1  >>> +5-1 = +4

Conclusion :- Invest in UBC for a better gain.
