But i think virus is the fact. Sudden downtrend with a daily percentage of -1%
Even when same happening with all major share markets in the world.

Yeah maybe you are correct. but that's my opinion.

Hi Kipling.
Nah actually we are in a good point. i have 0% worry about CSE at this point.
It is highly undervalued market. And we can expect much from this gov. will see.
This virus case is unexpected disaster. Not only for CSE. Challenge for the whole world.

Thanks. But it's price is continuously decreasing since long time

Maximum price of the quarter
201916.8016.1016.40
201818.8018.0017.0017.10
201721.0021.8019.9018.60
201623.8026.1020.7021.10

Minimum price of the quarter
201915.5014.2014.90
201817.0015.5015.3015.50
201719.2019.4017.3016.80
201622.3021.6020.0019.30

I have no idea about the last quarter because I joined with CSE very recently.

My idea is it won't pass 16.50

However it has a good dividend rate.

Yeah @liyanaarachchi. Your point is correct. But watch what happened 2010 - 2015 period and what happened 2015 - 2020 periods. Downtrend started 2015.

EPS,NAV, PE ratios all are satisfying. And this will be a good investment. According to my view, Now it is a good time to enter.

Also technically it shows a good buy around 15.50/=
Also good dividend rate.

We can hope more than 1.25/= dividend this time.

This company has a good future. 17-18/= levels are expected in near future.

Yes . If you buy OSEA @ 15.50/= , it will show the B.E.S price like 15.70. That 20 cents for the buying and selling broker fees. After that Showing B.E.S price, It's pure profit.

Did you see CAL report.
This states that earnings growth of 30% expected & even if current PE accepted then index should be 7600. If reforms are introduced there is no reason for market to be at 11 & should soon get inline with other EMs & FMs. My views are earnings will accelerate.
Await your view.
