Sri Lanka Treasury Bill rates are keep declining. During last 3 months period. 91 days bill fell by 219bps from March 18th, 2020 value of 7.27% (Before imposing the curfew) to 5.08%, while 182 days bill fell by 260bps and 364 days bill by 287bps during the same period. Hence T/Bill rates has declined more than 30% during this period. This will boost investor confidence.
