CHMX Hidden gem of CSE, parent company moved all the way to 92, but CHMX at 74 with NAV 118, cash per share 21/=. Eps for 2019 15.00

Time to have a look at this share again

Good EPS, and dividend.
Sold one more non core subsidiary this year means there will be CAP gains like last year in the income statement.
Construction Sector boom helps as they provide many chemicals and also boom in the rubber local processing will clear give them a edge for the future.

Current price 64
Target 75-80

Ha ha. Well game has started but not ended for sure.
its at 64 now and on Friday it went up till 69 as well.
Lets wait.
Fair value will be reflected.
Still good to collect for short term 10-12%
and mid term 25% gain

Watchout on chmx, with the current price of lolc 185, chmx is on unrealised profit of 60 million out of lolc investment. Any idea what are the shares they are holding for 1.5 billion on market??
