Hi all,

I sense the EXPO like impact in GLAS with new US management and their vision. If you carefully analyze the growth recorded by EXPO is purely because of new strategies and synergy generated by the SG Holdings.

GLAS made Rs 0.46 for last QUARTER which is extremely positive outlook together with a substantial top line growth. Don’t forget GLAS declared a dividend of Rs 0.58 where the XD is due in coming month.

With Q1 financials glas will definitely settle above 15 levels. If they can produce .40< eps for first Q (even during the 5weeks lockdown. ) (Last Q .44eps) they will easily reach Rs.2 eps for the full year. Easily go beyond 20lkr before end of 2021.

I think it will go below 12 , very less interest from investors on glas because there are super gain hot bites available in the current market.

Glass has a very good journey ahead.

It’s also an export oriented company like DIPPD,REXP,Haycarb to gain much from dollar increase. Glass is better placed than DIPPD etc , in that it has a solid local market as well. And it is a monopoly stands to get a huge benefit from environmental push for glass products.

It is reported that current owner , Blackstone sold another investment of theirs at more than 7 times the acquired price. So , GLASS has a EXPO like journey ahead.

Export market expansion is assured because Glass is a part of PGP which is one of the major three glass companies in the world.

It is highly unlikely that current majority share holder Blackstone will go for a de listing , because having the share in the market will help them to showcase its price to a any potential buyer . They had to go for a mandatory offer to go by cse rules. There are so many companies in the market which are majority foreign held like LLUB, nestle, So having majority control does not make a delisting.

Great potential Ahead there. Blackstone is ultimate parent of PGP GLAS. last few months , Blackstone acqiured so many foreign entities 100%. not half. already taken India Piramal entity and given MO for SL GLAS, increase stakes up to 78% from 56%. have fewer qtys. 2nd major holder of GLAS is EPF, didn't accepting MO. they knows it's real value. Blackstone like to eat whole cake instead of piece. Blackstone really differs with Other foriegn entity like LLUB, CTC.

great deal ahead with PGP GLAS. LAST FEW weeks good collection & traded huge qtys 13-15 levels (last 2months), as well now. dust almost clear.
great time ahead. current level good for entrants. no worrries. can hope ST considerable gain.

last week again i collect GLAS. Agreed, last few weeks heavily traded greater qtys price Rs.13-15 levels. now, should move another level Rs. 19 level. good for investment Mid term.
