With China harbour getting many projects now, can we guess that AELs power over winning govt projects are now shading away.
Any experts comment.

China Habour Engineering Company’s unsolicited bid for Turnkey project of Elevated highway to Rajagiriya from Kalani Bridge was accepted by the RDA.
But nothing to do with any single Local Construction Company the total Sub Contract works goes to Chinese Company called Third high way under flag of China Habour, All of Chinese funded projects do only by Chinese company and Chinese Contractors.

Since govt has no money, all big contracts are given mainly on build and operate model. Since it is not AELs business model i feel AEL is no more the favourite going forward for govt big projects.
On that basis, i also don't think that AEL will get many construction projects in port city although we anticipate much.
Further, AEL also need to expand its balance sheet if it is so to accept big projects going forward. So im not ruling out the possibility of a right issue by AEL.

AEL is one of The few construction companies trading below net asset value which is 23.5,more than 1.5 million shares traded last Friday with improved March qtr earning,can expect a positive movement going foward.
