If you decide to enter a share which is highly speculative in nature, try to enter as early as possible. That way, you will have better options when you exit. In any case, quit while the tide is high ASSOCIATED MOTOR FINANCE COMPANY PLC (AMF.N0000) - Page 4 1f609 .

It is of no use to criticize a share or compare a share with another. Only thing one could do is to adjust trading strategy when dealing with different type of shares cos each share behaves different to another. One could make a million holding on to a blue chip for 6 months while a prudent trader with a properly managed risk could do so within a week trading a so called "crap share"

so what you should do is sell your other counters and buy this at 426/=. 
after that i suggest you to get more and more credit facility as much as possible and buy this. go ahead , good luck.

don't spread fake facts again & again., After the right issue, it will come down bellow Rs.230.

Earlier, AMF already belongs to 95% of shares of Arpico Finance PLC before Amalgamation. simply says, Arpico finance is a subsidiary of AMF.

when a company preparing a consolidation account consider both company assets & liabilities(AFC 95% PORTION). look group column financial. Here can't sees improvements in NAV further as you highlighted.

PLEASE, don't make stories of cheating innocent people. IF you want to expect NAV, it was around @ 322. don't hope more..

Don't know whether its a Shark or a Dolphin but my worry is that " Owners " can dump their part of stake even to Rs150/= level and exercise the same number of entitled rights.  By this practice they can make a good profit while holding on to the same percentages.

Now the Company is in trouble as Right Issue will not be fully subscribed .  Share is coming down in a rapid phase.  Wonder whether the price will come down below the Right Issue price . Poor small buyers who got into AMF rally now in trouble as Brokers insist to sell at a loss.

Current loss is more than 50%  ...  !
