The actual reason is 'the group of HNWI s" who control the Market want to collect as much of CLC / LOFC as they know the rest of whole this year runs with them.

According to the Brokers, I spoke with confirmed that it's difficult to find large parcels of LOFC and ... CLC stock is in high demand among HNWI s for the last 3 days. Brokers predict a steep upward momentum in CLC and LOFC prices from the very next trading day which is next Monday.

LOCH is coming by the 3rd week of this month. There could be a few disclosures before that.
