Things could have been even better had they gone for a sub-division.

I am smelling a share sub division for LOLC. They did it in 2011 as well, in this kind of a price level. At that time it was a 1:10 split.

LOLC will come up with a Bucket of Surprises in coming 4 months.

LOLC will reach Rs 1,000/=  before 10th September.

Can expect a Split 1:10  when the price move over Rs 1,200 /=.

Hi all,

This is NOT COMPARABLE.

EXPO is a ASSET LIGHT COMPANY in LOGISTICS and LOLC is a HEAVY ASSET COMPANY financial services.

One cannot compare AMAZON with BANK of AMERICA in B/S. Light asset companies are agile and fast which is the modern growth business concept. Heavy Asset companies are good but takes more time to turn as the business is like a big ship

Investors should consider the share PRICE which are supported with HISTORICAL EARNINGS or ACCEPTABLE FORWARD EARNINGS which justify the the PURCHASE.

Even if you buy right now, how can I safeguard my investments? That’s the question one should answer before buying!

No Technical expert will be there for SOS. Only fundamentals will ensure your investments

Good Luck

Having physical stuff just isn’t as great as it used to be.in the digital age, the physical assets that the big companies have acquired are becoming more and more burdensome. Inventory depreciates and must be moved around. When geographic needs change, land is difficult to acquire or offload. There should be a balance between old and new Machan. In Sri lanka how many Sri lankan know about light asset model. You me and a few. (10/100)

I have explained myself about this so many times educating new investors.

KFC came to Sri lanka and their menu is customized.

I have worked for two conglomarates and change is gradual.

Mr.Ishara is no fool and so is Mr.Hanif.

Traditional companies with asset heavy models have high real estate value.

Do you know the value of Arpico Supermarkets machan ? (RICH)

Their balance sheet or PNL does not reflect their value.

Hyde park corner Arpico is still kept @Purchase price imagine the impact of revaluation. PNL will have billions and then put it in to investments like Bukit Darah you will sit and earn for lifetime.

I am not talking about pluses of Light asset model because it is already discussed by you and @ONTHEMONEY.
