I don’t know where you are getting this information from. I have seen this written in couple of places so thought of posting so people don’t mislead themselves and go and buy PLC because of a pending dividend of 0.50. It is true that PLC pays a dividend in NOV/DEC but since they didn’t pay there interim, there’s a chance they will not pay. (Mainly due to COVID) And to be clear there’s no mention of a 0.50 pending dividend in the annual report.

This is the 2019/20 Annual report that you are talking about. They paid 0.70 in December and a script of equaling to 0.50 in July. Which is 1.20 and correctly mentioned in the annual report. What else did you want them to do?
