PLease go through this image. this is Group Lease PLC. details. then you can understand why they choose commercial credit. according to this data they. they will bring more money to here and expand the business. this is very good deal for both parties.

1 Thai Baht = 4.2 Rs

and Thailand inters rates are very low. deposit maximum rate is 2.8% (which is i found)

please state your ideas...

this is Group Lease financial status.

I can see clear reason to enter COCR and enter to sri lankan Market with good group. they have plan to expand the business.

But you didn't see what is their business.

They found miracle by offering leasing without guarantee to rural folk to buy motorcycles.

Their main business is leasing motorbikes. In Thailand there are millions of customers for that trade each year. Motorcycle taxi people generate lot of money to them. Each and every road you get them.

In Sri lanka I do not think they can find that kind of easy market. Our leasing business is to face big challenges in near future.
In Burma , yes they will success.

They have indicated to use COCR as an arm for digital financing other than COCRs current micro finance business.

GL - 55 Billion worth Assets making 2 to 2.2 Billions per year(last five years AVG very low)

net profit / Assets (not Net assets ) = 2.2/55 %=4%

investing 10 Billions COCR. they can add net profit to report (Group Profit) = 1/10 % = 10%

if they invest another 22 Billions and drag all stocks in future = 3.2/32 % = 10%

at the same time they can increase Share holder capital and increase the Deposits(Loans from Thailand banks) invest here and then they can expand the business Rapidly.

Thailand they can get deposits around 2.8% Interest rates. they have enter to well established company and expand the business. 110 is not bad price from there side. COCR side also that is good price.

this is Win - Win situation. which is they mention in the docs.

any other ideas welcome......

Some times without paying such high price they might not be in a position to get a significant stake. They need at least 20% to consolidate COCR results and I think that may be one of the reason for higher prices.

if its private placement. we can see something different.
but stocks buying then hand to hand they has to pay cash to clients(there is three people to pay)

difficult to manage it. if they do some stocks swap etc...

COCR may expand leasing activities to heavy sophisticated machinery & equipment meeting the demand on forth coming construction boom. Even non-secured motor cycle leasing would popular in rural areas at early stage though it is risky. Perhaps they might be thinking of gradual business diversification in the future.

If they target over 100 why wait for 2-3 rupee drop ?

Also what ever you see in this forum about any share,you need to analyze before planing to buy that share

COCR is good share. i am going to get more quantity. this deal will happen. and its create plenty of opportunity.

I just check Upper limit rule i got different idea from him. actually he dont know and he advise to me. I trust that.

no need to panic and sale COCR. they will make 10-11 Rs for this year . if we consider 8 P/E with bull market and deal.

11*8 = 88, over ninenty Rs is guaranty. If mandatory offer happen we can sale it 110 level. Buying company also doesn't like to keep share price at low level.

dont forget 1.5% share in the market without top 20 share holders.
