Without knowing the prices you entered it will be difficult to give an opinion as it may end up as a gain or loss for you, so mention the price you got in

Need to know whether current price is advisable to enter or hold if we have any small portion of the counter

My notes for you below...
ASIY try to sell without profit or loss. It should move upto 4.20 very soon.
PAP I would book profit when it touches 4.4-4.5. Should see price gains with the budget news and positive outlook for energy sector. VLL also wait till budget is announced.
CFLB read the thread on that. Hold med-long term. It will reach 15 as target 1.
Dpid read the thread on that too for specific ideas. Depends when you want to book profit. In very short run wait till the financial is released and see how the price increases and decide.

I don’t hold other companies and haven’t done enough research on those to advice..

as a part of valuation process i tried to get some idea about future earning potential of finance company.
but i struggled to find out or estimate the impact on the revenue because of the government vehicle import policy.
from annual reports we can get the composition of lending portfolio and  auto loans and leases contribution to total lending portfolio.
problems is , it doesn't have any breakdown  for new vehicles and registered vehicles.
it has no information about revenue generated from auto loans and leases.

How did you proceed?  did you guestimate the impact or ignore the impact? is there a better information source that we can use?

For ASIY I’m skeptical after the rally last month since directors sold at 4.30-4.40. Haven’t seen them purchase again.Maybe they are out of the game now and it’s purely running on retailers. Due to tea price increases ASIY will directly benefit these 2 quarters for sure. So I’m expecting the share to trade around 4.50 and maybe upto 5 but for someone who got in at high prices (4+) during last rally and couldn’t exit on time then better to stay on the safe side.
I had 100k shares bought at 4.30 from last rally and couldn’t exit. I started selling off with a loss from 3.70 onwards.

People who buys CFLB should see the potential of CSD.

CSD Net asset value per share 33/= , trades @13.50,
CSD continue pays dividend last 5 yearplus ,yoy increased
CSD profit making company , in any valuation CSD can be valued 16 plus.
CSD has good cash flow
CSD has continuously increased the profit , annualized EPS 1.60 plus.
Most of the property companies they show the profit by revaluing their assets But CSD profit comes from orginal sales like rental etc..
