Sure, we could cross the 52-Week High (6,040.86) in the near future. But after that, what?

Unless earnings figures for the Dec 2012 quarter are excellent, I don't see the ASI going much beyond 6,300. In my opinion, a fair trading range would be 5200 - 6300. Since we are at the upper portion of that range, I advise you to trade cautiously and buy shares only after due diligence.

May be but my guess is around 6300 -6600 to be stabilized and if it breaks that may go up to 7200-7500

I would be happy if this run goes to 6300. Then some pullback and consolidation around 6000. As the year goes the financial sector results hopefully will get better. Also if interest rates go down profit margin will improve for well manged companies.

May be but my guess is around 6300 -6600 to be stabilized and if it breaks that may go up to 7200-7500

It is justifiable for the ASI to trade at 7,500 (at a forward PE of 15.7) only if:
(i) corporate profits show a significant and continuing increase and
(ii) interest rates decline.

7,500 is possible even if these factors do not occur, but then we would be in bubble territory.

In the morning there will be a heavy jump and during day time will come down due to profit taking and fear psychosis on the past etc. But at the end there will be a big jump supported by the HNI and Foreigners. Foreigners bought continuously and now need to drive towards up. No any other direction.

I expect it will pass 6,000 tomorrow.

RSI point is 82.81.. pale

But i am expecting to see JKH.CTC,LOLC,NEST will push mkt towards green teritory yet again... Razz

while shares which have not yet move like BFL,UML,DIAL will contribute positively to makesure ASI close in green ...One thing is predictable NO BIG DRAMAS....(no big red days) Very Happy

As I have heard we have got the highest foreign investment through CSE last year. Can anybody say that they would sell at lost and quit. No, they will consolidate there position further. I expect a slow and steady growth but here and there there will be ups and downs. But ultimate direction is upside!

if market stays above 5840, then gud in short term time frame. but i feel some thing very strange around 5860~5880. little up days are not good. we need strong days to pass these areas Embarassed
