Hi, Slstock, Manipulators have earned the money from our small retailers. But, What next?????? What may be the price of WAPO after Rights?? Today Rights closed at 500/=. so, if Normal share come down to this level, what will happen to the investors who bought it over 3000/=????? How many will suicide? on other hand, can we expect another manipulation of Rights to keep it more than 3000?? Really confusing share....!!!!!!

Well they will not get any sympathy from me. Only the biggest kind of fool would buy a share at 2000 when it's real value is more like 200. My signature says it all.

Say some one bought Wapo.N at RS 3000 ( for argument sake).

1) Initial cost of investment = Rs 300000

2) According to "Proportion:- Seventy Five (75) new ordinary shares for every two (02) shares held
Issue Price:- Rs.20/- "

He/She would receive = 100*75/2= 3750 rights.

3) Rights were trading as much as around rs 2000 in the morning.

For sanity let assume some one sold Rights at Rs500 each.

So Gain from rights = 3750 * 500= Rs 1875000

Total Gain = Rs 1875000- Rs 300000= Over Rs 1.5 Million!!!!

Image some one sold over Rs1000 a right!!!! Gain???

All this for a company with
Quarter EPS = (0.11)
Nine Month EPS = 0.46
NVPS = 21.25

I really hope I am mistaken else this is enough drive the investors holding fundamentals with positive earnign insane. This is CSE.

BTW, you can still sell original shares at Rs 2500. So your gain will be over Rs 1.8 Million.

Can you top that will any nvestoment. Over to you... I am dumb founded.

And all in a matter of two or three weeks. No wonder some of the new comers think guys like you and me are nuts when we talk about values.

More like Rs 20. See what the COmpany said in their Interim report. To Company it is worth Rs 2 at most as below. Then comes the crossing at Rs 10.3. Anyone who buy it at Rs 500 even, why do they buy it. I agree with Tubal. No sympathy for them from me too.

"The rights issue price of Rs. 20 per share approximates closely to the prevailing net asset value of the
Company, which was Rs. 21.25 per share as at 31st December 2010. When the rights issue is concluded, the
resulting net asset value per share would work out to approximately Rs. 20.05, based on the published net
asset value as at end December 2010. "
